Spring Testing Update
Spring testing will begin on April 6, 2021 for grades 3-10 with Reading for 3rd grade and the FSA Writing for grades 4-10. Students will test at their zoned schools and be required to register with VOL. Registration for the FSA Writing will begin on March 1, 2021. Be sure to check the site prior to April 6, 2021 for specific testing information for your zoned school.

Beginning on April 5, 2021 zoned schools will be offering the Florida State Assessment (FSA) and End of Course Exams (EOC). The first assessment will be grade 3 Reading and grades 4-11 Writing. The high schools will be offering the Algebra 1 EOC and FSA ELA Retakes February 22 – March 12, 2021. If you would like for your child to participate in this opportunity please complete this registration form. Be sure to check the VOL webpage prior to February 22 for your zoned schools administration dates and instructions for the day of the assessment. The deadline to register is February 7, 2021 at 5pm. SAT (11th and 12th Grade Only) April 13, 2021
On April 13, 2021 at 8:15 am zoned schools will be offering the SAT to 11th and 12th grade students. This is a college reportable score as well as an opportunity for students who need to fulfil their Algebra 1 EOC graduation requirement. Registration will end on February 19, 2021 at 5pm. Students who have registered for the SAT on April 13, 2021 need to arrive at the school by 8:15 am to check in for a temperature check. Students will need a facemask and a number two pencil for their assessment. Please contact your school counselor if you have any questions.
March 2-4, 2021 ACT NCR (Non-College Reporting) Spring Registration 11th and 12th graders Only!
Volusia County Schools will be offering a unique opportunity for High School Juniors and Seniors March 2-4, 2021 who have yet to earn a passing score on the FSA ELA and/or Algebra 1 EOC or obtain a concordant score using the ACT or SAT, to sit for an "in school ACT" test administration. This special administration will allow students the potential to earn a concordant score needed for a standard high school diploma. Students who choose to use this "in school ACT" test option will only be permitted to use these scores as a concordant score for graduation purposes. All students should arrive at their zoned school by 8:15. Student need to follow the school dress code and a wearing a mask.

*****If you are a first year Junior and would like to participate in this administration you will need to pay your zoned school the $35 fee to participate by January 15, 2021. *****
